Well the Samish busted for me...couple of good hits but nothing to show...The north sound is starting to jump and I have been fishing the point and landing some nice Coho....Spent the weekend at Silve ...

Fishing the Samish for the first time this year...looks good ...we have Coho jumping off the point in front of my place and looking to see how the catches turn out...seen a couple of 6 pounders caught ...

Bottom fishing has been awsome this year. The numbers are down but the size and catches have been good. I was out three times off Waldron Island last week and we had a few Lings over 27" .lots of rock ...

Slug sorry I took so long to get back to you.....No its not flyfishing. This run is a plunking fishery...Its full of the big Chinook E-man is talkin about..The Stilli is a drift fish from the banks...

If your in my neck of the woods, which is northern WA the Samish will be full of large kings. Its a great fishery an you can limit most any ay you fish.
